This is ALANA, inspired by childhood memories of the 80s. Remember the days you’d grab your bike, head over to your best mates house and yell at him/her to come out and play? Well that’s the idea, a coffee blend of two that play well together and don’t really care about being liked by everyone. It’s playful with it’s fruity character and vibrant as the energy a 10 year old has to play hard all day. It’s all organic and made up of two single origin coffees.

Sidewalk

Sidewalk was created for balance. It’s approachable and super sweet. A street level blend that changes seasonally to keep you buzzing. Go for it as an espresso but don’t shy away from other brew methods as well. No joke goodness and bud catching addictive.

Guatemala – La Morena

This fully washed coffee is supremely clean and sweet. Citrus notes of lime emerge when you stir and come close to smell it. Flavour is delicate and sweet like milk chocolate. The finish to it is that of a rich hazelnut. Notes of: Lime, milk chocolate, hazelnut

Papua New Guinea – Nebilyer Valley

Ethiopia – Zeritu & Banchayehu

Intense level of aromas which perfume the surroundings with orange blossom notes. Clean and sweet distinct ripe rich yellow stone fruit flavours accompanied with a lime like liveliness. A juicy mouthfeel with a lingering finish closes up our description of this gem. Expect notes of Ripe Yellow Fruits, Lime and Orange Blossoms

This version is loaded with Costa Rica – Cordillera De Fuego After graduating from University Don Luis Eduardo Campos planted his coffee farm in Piedades del Sur, Alajuela. Innovation through processing methods has been fundamental to this farms’ success. The thermic process implemented on this Caturra varietal where the cherries which are partially depulped are exposed to heat creates a super sweet, fruity, round and balanced cup. Expect notes of Green apple, cardamom and malt. Tear and brew it anyplace. Home, office, or camping maybe. A mug, some hot water and a drip bag is all you’ll need to recreate that special cup of joy.
